Wallace Noll Sr., known as Wally Sr., began his career as a refrigeration service technician and installer with Marchase Refrigeration. He later spent more than five years with Giant Eagle as a Field Service Engineer, where he worked closely with control vendors and mechanical manufacturers to advance refrigeration controls, building systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
During his time with Giant Eagle, Wally Sr. helped develop a programming manual used to optimize refrigeration and energy management systems. His work also contributed to energy-saving initiatives that supported Giant Eagle’s recognition as an EPA ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for Excellence in Energy Management from 2004–2007. He received two Gold Awards and a President’s Award for his achievements and was inducted into the Who’s Who Historical Society in 2002.
Today, Wally Sr. brings his extensive industry experience to Rite Way Solutions, helping oversee commissioning projects involving refrigeration, HVAC, building management systems, and lighting controls while ensuring projects meet design specifications and performance goals.
